Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.04 Per Share and Date of Annual Meeting

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. (NYSE MKT: CTO) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share payable on February 28, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 10, 2017.

Jeffry B. Fuqua, Chairman of the Board, stated, "The Board is pleased that the operating results at Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. continue to support our dividend tradition that began in 1976. The Board will continue to review its dividend strategy on a regular basis."

In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors has set Wednesday, April 26, 2017 as the date for the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders. The meeting will be held at the LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona Beach, Florida at 2:00 p.m. local time. March 2, 2017 has been set as the record date for shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
