Consolidated Tomoka Announces Additional $10 Million Share Buyback Program

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. (NYSE American: CTO) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved an additional $10 million share buyback program (the “Additional Buyback Program”).

This Additional Buyback Program is a continuation of the Company’s year-to-date repurchases of approximately $31.1 million or approximately 532,000 shares, or approximately 9.8% of outstanding shares.  

John P. Albright, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company said, “This additional buyback program is indicative of the Company’s commitment to repurchase shares at what we believe is a significant discount to net asset value.”
